Service is digital; no physical shipment. After payment approval, credits are instantly added and features become available.

• Instant credit loading upon order approval (immediate activation).
• Online service only; no cargo/logistics.
• Account access and credit balance can be tracked in your panel.

Return and Cancellation Terms

For digital services, returns are allowed for unused credits. Process details:

• Return requests within 14 days from purchase, if credits are unused.
• No refunds for fully or partially used credits.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment channel.

Cancellation

You may cancel before payment completion. After payment, you may exercise the 14-day withdrawal right for unused credits.
