Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement applies to digital service sales concluded electronically under applicable consumer protection laws.

Parties

Buyer: the user purchasing the service. Seller: Phyix (platform provider). Seller contact details are published on the platform.

Scope

This agreement covers the nature of digital content generation services, credit loading, pricing, payment, and usage terms.

Service Information

Credit-based digital content generation service. Purchased credits enable use of content features; there is no physical delivery.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are shown in TRY and include VAT. Current prices at the time of order apply.

Payment and Security

Payments are processed via Iyzico with Visa, Mastercard, etc. Upon approval, credits are instantly added to your account.

Performance and Delivery

No physical delivery. After payment approval, credits are loaded and service access starts immediately.

Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days for unused credits. Send a request via support or withdrawal form.

Limitations to Withdrawal

Withdrawal does not apply to credits that are fully or partially used. Once service performance starts upon your approval, used credits are non-refundable.

Complaints and Disputes

Submit requests via support. Your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court is reserved.

Governing Law

This agreement takes effect upon electronic approval and is governed by Turkish law.
